She comes to us with several years of work in Mushrooms as an Transformative & Integrative Advisor, Retreat Host and Experience Creator, Psychedelic Education & Practitioner, Myco-Advocate and fighting for Veterans Use for PTSD.  Her experience with mushrooms began in 1999 and they were hugely impactful on her depression, trauma and later, a brain injury in 2013.  She owns a plant medicine advisement firm as a Certified Medical Cannabis Consultant and recently launched her new boutique firm, Ledbetter Consulting as a Comprehensive Functional Healer, Sound/Frequency Therapist and Business Advisory for Entreprenuers. 

She is also a content writer, blogger, vocalist, podcaster (EverBetter) and Mom/Wife.

Samuel McChesney    

SamtheFungi is one of the founding members and part of the leadership of the Central Texas Mycological Society. He hosts Ecology walks with the society, creates edible mushroom beds, leads garden inoculations, and teaches introduction to mycology and cultivation classes in and around central Texas.

He is very passionate about ancestral medicine, specifically native flora and fungi.

Ariane Williams, BSN, RN         

Ariane has been a nurse for 15 years, with diverse background in Emergency Medicine, Labor & Delivery, and Alternative Medicine . Ariane has been helping patients with both cannabis and psychedelic integration for the last few years.

Ariane has done various trainings, retreats, and conferences and is also in graduate school, working towards a Masters of Science in Functional Medicine with an emphasis in Cannabinoid Sciences.

Megan Mbengue, BSN, RN, CHPN

 

 

Megan started Trusted Canna Nurse when she realized there were very few medical professionals who were well versed in cannabis and CBD, much less someone who knew how to navigate a dispensary.

Megan has been a nurse for over 10 years, specializing in oncology, labor delivery, and most recently hospice & palliative care. Megan has received national certifications in all 3 specialties and is currently working towards a Masters of Science in Medical Cannabis Therapeutics.

She is an active member of the following professional organizations: Society of Cannabis Clinicians, Cannabis Nurses Network, American Cannabis Nurses Association
