Walking away from the life I knew to one that would help thousands of others get their life back seemed impossible 20 years ago. The journey hasn’t always been easy and it took a huge leap of faith. One that would take years of suffering and pain into a life of passion, inspiration and confidence.
I’ve dedicated my life to educating, equipping and empowering in so many ways. There isn’t one day that goes by that I’m not thinking about how to impact the lives around me. My purpose is to help guide you with daily techniques, strategies and life skills so that you can flourish mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

We typically have no more than 15 in each glass, but larger group sessions online can be 50-100 at a time, depending on the topic and the entries. If you would prefer to have 1:1 coaching, choose a package that suits your time and budget.
