  • This process can lead to profound transformation and personal growth, enabling us to navigate relationship issues, traumas, and other emotional hurdles with greater ease and understanding.
  • Conscious breathing helps to create a stronger connection between the body and the mind, improving self-awareness and overall quality of life.
  • Through somatic breathwork, we develop a deeper understanding of how our emotions, thoughts, and energy patterns manifest in our physical bodies.
  • This heightened awareness empowers us to address the root causes of our issues, leading to more effective and lasting healing.
  • By engaging in conscious breathing exercises, we can increase the flow of oxygen and energy throughout our body, resulting in improved mental clarity, focus, and vitality.
  • Additionally, somatic breathwork helps to activate the body’s natural relaxation response, promoting a sense of calm, balance, and inner peace.
  • Many people find that practicing somatic breathwork leads to a greater sense of connection with their true selves, as well as a deeper understanding of their purpose and place in the world.
  • As we engage in this practice, we can access altered states of consciousness that provide insight, clarity, and a renewed sense of spiritual growth.

9D Breathwork is an immersive 9-dimensional experience, enhanced by surround sound and includes:

*Binaural beats* are expansive sounds that calm, relax and awaken our consciousness.

*Solfeggio frequencies* help maintain the body’s energy centers open.

*Isochronic beats* are single tone beats that improve our mental ability.

*432 Hertz* sounds reduce anxiety, lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve our perception and mental clarity, and develop our intuition.

*Subliminal subconscious messages* enhance our awareness by deep concentration and focused listening.

*Vocal Guidance* provides support and safety throughout the journey.

*NLP* (neuro-linguistic programming) helps to create a connection between neurological and linguistic processes and behavioral patterns based on experience.

*Acoustic sound effects* reduce stress and anxiety levels, enhance well-being, concentration and productivity, improve the learning ability and interpersonal communication, as well as decrease BP.

Breathwork helps not only release trauma and trapped emotions but also helps us to let go of old habits and shift belief patterns and structures. It’s the fast track that cuts to the roots of what’s causing lifelong issues of anxiety, stress, bad sleep, lack of energy, self-confidence, self-worth, and really any mental complex that we’re struggling with—whether it’s conscious or unconscious.

Conscious connected breathing allows for the somatic release of all the repressed and suppressed emotions bottled up and trapped inside the body. In one of our in-person retreats, a woman had a mind-blowing release. She said it was the most powerful thing that she had ever experienced in her life and was able to let go of years worth of struggle bottled up inside of her body.

The default mode network, or “Reticulating Activation System,” is a group of brain structures or cells found in the same area of the prefrontal cortex. It connects parts of the brain’s thinking, decision-making, and interpretive functions, (which include the ability for self-reflection, mental projection, and past and future thoughts get us into trouble) and the ability to interpret ourselves with more objectivity.

Decreased blood flow and electrical activity in the DMN. When activity slows, the ego temporarily vanishes and the usual boundaries we experience between ourselves and the world around us melt away. (Otherwise known as ”Flow State”) Think of it like this: if your brain is a bank, this is like getting access to the key to the locked vault.

We’re spiritual beings having a human experience. But that isn’t necessarily connected to religion, we’re talking about your essence, your “breath” (the Sanskrit word for “spirit”). When doing breathwork, many people report feeling connected to something greater, beyond space and time. It triggers positive emotions like love, joy, bliss, feelings of kindness and oneness, and a deep sense of meaning and purpose.

When you connect with your own spiritual experience, you can have profound intuitions, become more creative, you can start to understand yourself on a deeper, more intimate level. You can develop more trust in yourself, in your life, and others. You can cope with painful loss or accept big changes happening in your life and learn to integrate those experiences faster.

How do we know all of this?

Its all based in the understanding of Sound Therapy, Neuroscience, Somatic Experiencing, Psychology, and ancient meditative practices that have been used for thousands of years & now backed by current clinical studies.

VIRTUAL EXPERIENCES

How do I prepare? Read below!

Laptop or PC is fine. You CAN use your phone for this experience, but it will NOT sound the same. This is a multi-dimensional sound experience, so we need a ZOOM web client to be able to handle that. Otherwise the sound will NOT be effective in this experience. If you are virtual and ONLY have a phone available, we can make this work, but only in a private guidance.

Because this is monitored breathwork, I’ll need to be able to SEE you.  You won’t be looking at me after the “Drop In,” so just make sure your camera is positioned where I can see your head and torso to manage your breathing should you need assistance in your breathing patterns and releases.   You’ll be laying down, so you’ll need a mat, pillow and blanket.

This is a sound-guided experience and that’s what makes this SOO special.  Whether they are plug in, over the ear or Airpods, just make sure its comfortable and we can still connect well.  Over the head noise cancelling are the best option.

Even though I’ll be seeing you, I want you to be seeing NOTHING but your vision work and possibly the fractals and patterns that may come up when the breathwork releases the chemicals stored in your body.  This will make sure that you’re not tempted to jump out of the experience and you’re not distracted.

Since we are breathing heavily, don’t eat right before the experience or your tummy won’t love the work we do.  Trust me on this.  You’ll need to be free of substances that can deaden your experience.  So no alcohol or sedating pills please.  You’re welcome to microdose cannabis or mushrooms as this is a beautiful way to go even further.  Just don’t be “intoxicated” or “numb”…..we need to feel it ALL to HEAL.

You’ll need to go to the bathroom before you jump on.  Since we are doing levels of releasing, you’ll want to be hydrated and ready to process a lot that may come up.  This isn’t just relaxing breathing.  For some, it is life changing work.  Breathwork is generally safe for all people.  But if you have any specific condition, make sure you reach out so that I can be aware and teach you some modifications if needed.
