When you wake up, this is when your body can be the most dehydrated. In our “fast” our body is working on healing things as we sleep. (And hopefully you’re sleeping… if you’re not please set up a call!) So what do I do? I immediately get up and have a little Celtic salt with water to get hydration back in my cells quickly.
