Breathwork helps anyone who wants more from their lives, be that better health, better sleep, more focus, more gratitude and more abundance, all with the power of sound and our own breath.
We take about 20,000 breaths a day.
Every single one counts: the way you breathe impacts every system and function in your body – registering first in your Endocannabinoid system and then to your nervous system, endocrine and immune system as well.
Therefore your breath has a direct effect on how you feel, think and perform.
And some of us even hold our breath throughout the day.
The problem is: many of us have unhealthy breathing pattern due to chronic stress, modern lifestyles, health issues and traumatic events in the past.
Learning how to use the breath and integrating breathwork practices into your daily routine can help to dramatically improve the state of your physical, mental and emotional health. With a practitioner, altered states of consciousness for deep inner healing and transformation can be very beneficial for people that need deeper therapy.

We will follow the event with sharing and a light integrative conversation.

How do I prepare?
Laptop or PC is fine. You CAN use your phone for this experience, but it will NOT sound the same. This is a multi-dimensional sound experience, so we need a ZOOM web client to be able to handle that. Otherwise the sound will NOT be effective in this experience. If you are virtual and ONLY have a phone available, we can make this work, but only in a private guidance.
Because this is monitored breathwork, I’ll need to be able to SEE you. You won’t be looking at me after the “Drop In,” so just make sure your camera is positioned where I can see your head and torso to manage your breathing should you need assistance in your breathing patterns and releases. You’ll be laying down, so you’ll need a mat, pillow and blanket.
This is a sound-guided experience and that’s what makes this SOO special. Whether they are plug in, over the ear or Airpods, just make sure its comfortable and we can still connect well. Over the head noise cancelling are the best option.
Even though I’ll be seeing you, I want you to be seeing NOTHING but your vision work and possibly the fractals and patterns that may come up when the breathwork releases the chemicals stored in your body. This will make sure that you’re not tempted to jump out of the experience and you’re not distracted.
Since we are breathing heavily, don’t eat right before the experience or your tummy won’t love the work we do. Trust me on this. You’ll need to be free of substances that can deaden your experience. So no alcohol or sedating pills please. You’re welcome to microdose cannabis or mushrooms as this is a beautiful way to go even further. Just don’t be “intoxicated” or “numb”…..we need to feel it ALL to HEAL.
You’ll need to go to the bathroom before you jump on. Since we are doing levels of releasing, you’ll want to be hydrated and ready to process a lot that may come up. This isn’t just relaxing breathing. For some, it is life changing work. Breathwork is generally safe for all people. But if you have any specific condition, make sure you reach out so that I can be aware and teach you some modifications if needed.
